A new home community, Cordoba, is offering a fly-and-buy program giving you a perfect chance to see and feel the Cordoba lifestyle.
They have adjusted their prices to reflect the current market as well as adjusted their base pricing and lot premiums. The new pricing was obtained by aggressively re-bidding the construction of their homes which resulted in a dramatic cost reduction. The objective was stimulate sales and pass along as much savings as possible to their customers.
The reaction to the new pricing has been fantastic. They just finalized a new build contract on one of their premium lake lots and signed 4 additional pending contracts within the last 3 weeks. Currently, they are in serious discussion with several other buyers. Sales are certainly heating up.
