Built by WCI Communities, the community enjoys 5 star, resort level
amenities. The buildings and grounds are gorgeous. It is also the
only high-rise community that has it’s own golf course and private
club with tennis and dining in either Naples or Marco Island.
The high rise buildings average 112 units per building and 22 floors. The views are outstanding. There are no other high rise buildings anywhere in the area. So the views are unobstructed of the Florida Everglades to the north and southeast, the Gulf of Mexico to the west, and/or Florida’s 10,000 Islands to the southwest.
UNITS: All units have unobstructed sweeping views of natural surroundings through floor-to-ceiling windows. Each unit has a different view, but the spectacular views offered are golf, Florida Everglades, 10,000 Islands, Marco Island, and the Gulf of Mexico.
BOATING: Isle of Capri is just across the street and offers wet
and dry boat slips. Boating access from this location to the Gulf
takes just a quick 10-15 minutes. Faster boat access to the Gulf
cannot be found in the area.
BEACHES: It is well known that the best beaches in southwest Florida are in Sarasota and Marco Island. The closest beach to Hammock Bay is Marco Island—just a 10 minute drive to the sunset walks on a wide, white sand beach that you’ve always dreamed about. In fact, the beach is so close that you can walk there every night if you so desire. Earlier walks during the day offer you the opportunity to select the best shells from those that washed up on the shore the previous night. The shell selection on Marco Island is one of the most plentiful in the world. That’s no secret! So get there early if you want the best shell collection possible.

RENTING: You can rent these units 3 times per year. This gives unit
owners the ability to rent seasonally, while you are away, or capitalize
on an investment. These units stay rented seasonally as many vacationers
want the convenience of the on-site golf course.
PETS: Unit owners may have pets with restrictions.
AMMENITIES: Covered parking, theater room, ultra-high security,
start-of-the-art exercise rooms, the most luxurious pools in Naples

LOCATION: Hammock Bay is located on Collier Blvd (SR 951) on the stretch between East Naples and Marco Island.
PRICE: Average prices from very low $300’s to $900’s with some just under $300’s at times and top end units offered at $1.2m to over $4m.
If these units were on the beach in Naples they would be priced well over $2 to 3 million.
You can’t go wrong at these prices. Hammock Bay is a great investment choice. And the buildings were just built from 2004 through 2007. Newer buildings and units equate to better built to highest wind standards and less maintenance on buildings due to age.
Aversana was the first built in 2004. Aversana is the midpoint in size and price.


Serano was built in 2006. The units are just a bit smaller and the
lowest price point of the three high-rises. These are a fabulous
deal.
